Responsibilities include:
- Managing 5-10 CBA employees performing demolition, concrete, carpentry work
- Managing subcontractors- all trades
- Scheduling daily and weekly work activities
- Recognizing and tracking change order work activities
- Time keeping for payroll
- Material orders
- Safety enforcement and safety meetings
- Owner relationships with onsite managers
- Customer safety and curtesy
Most of our projects are remodels in open for business stores. Occasional night work may be required.
