We are hiring a Project Superintendent. Here are the details:

Responsibilities include: 

  • Managing 5-10 CBA employees performing demolition, concrete, carpentry work
  • Managing subcontractors- all trades
  • Scheduling daily and weekly work activities
  • Recognizing and tracking change order work activities
  • Time keeping for payroll
  • Material orders
  • Safety enforcement and safety meetings
  • Owner relationships with onsite managers
  • Customer safety and curtesy

 Most of our projects are remodels in open for business stores. Occasional night work may be required.
