We are hiring a Superintendent. Here are the details:

Duties include:

·  Managing 5-10 CBA employees performing demolition, concrete, carpentry work

·  Managing subcontractors- all trades

·  Scheduling daily and weekly work activities

·  Recognizing and tracking change order work activities

·  Time keeping for payroll

·  Material orders

·  Safety enforcement and safety meetings

·  Owner relationships with onsite managers

·  Customer safety and curtesy

 Most of our projects are remodels in open for business stores. Occasional night work may be required.
